I really want an AF Saturday. As long as I don’t buy any wine it should happen. I need to keep reminding myself its a habit/association. Why should a Saturday be different to a Monday.Live for the moment and plan for the future4

Got the coronation on, with a large glass of, erm cup of coffee.
Nothing to see here, move along.6 -
4/25 please cathybird.Enjoyed watching the coronation, pity about the weather there. We had a lovely dry sunny morning here in north east.I was 5 when Elizabeth was crowned,no TV then. for 95% of the population. We all rushed to get newspaper pictures in the papers, and about 2 weeks later all the cinemas were showing lovely colour films of the occasion. I still remember the gold coach! 70 years ago......The cinemas were jam packed, and people were making return visits to watch yet again.I remember getting a souvenir book about the event. The coach, the crown jewels, the crown, orb and sceptre,an aerial view of Elizabeth walking down the aisle with that fantastic long train behind her. I shut my eyes even now and can see those pictures so clearly.
A different, more respectful well mannered time

One glass of Prosecco with the Church lunch after the coronation so 6/21
Pleased. This is substantially less than I would usually have had (previous behaviour would be to have the one glass then go and buy a bottle to drink at home).Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!5 -
A very rare AF Saturday for me so 4/10 please cathybird
Watched the highlights of the Coronation as I was working all day - it was a shame about the weather but it looks like people still enjoyed themselves 😀4
