Hi benben, well done on the weight loss, you must be feeling the benefit of it already.I am seriously considering mountjaro but am a bit scared! I’m at fitness classes 3 times a week and trying so hard to watch what I eat but the weight is proving so hard to shift now I’m peri menopausal. It’s taken me 3 months to lose 12lbs and I need to lose another 3 stone to be at the higher end of my bmi.Let me know if you have a referral code for medexpress if you’d like me to use it. Am thinking it’s my last option to get this weight off. xxMortgage @ 03/2019: £125,000, Now: £51,956.86

Thankyou MandO, my referral code is NWW9MA. At my 4 week weigh-in I had lost exactly a stone
I took my first 5mg injection on Wednesday and can feel a difference - with the 2.5mg I got the suppression, so the food noise was switched off and I didn't feel hungry, but if I did eat I didn't get the full feeling that others talk about. That has now arrived
We went out for brunch yesterday for Mums birthday, I ordered egg on toast (lightest thing on the menu), and after two mouthfuls felt as though I had eaten a full Christmas dinner. I managed to force half of it down but it was a real effort as I didn't want it at all. Now I need to keep an eye and make sure I am eating enough calories as it will be easy to hardly eat at the moment which isn't good. However, I do have a pair of denim shorts that I use as a guide to my weightloss, I tried them on in March and could only just get them over my hips, no chance of doing up any of the 4 buttons on them. Luckily I kept a photo of it. Yesterday I tried again and they did up
They were very tight BUT they did up and that's a huge win. It's a shame we're almost in October and I won't need them for nearly a year, but I'm still chuffed to bits!
Today I am mainly having an indoors day as the weather is (yet again) meant to be chucking it down with rain all day. I need to change the beds, hoover through, mop floors, do some schoolwork and do the end of the month banking. I ought to get some food bits in too.Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

That's amazing weight loss benben, I can only hope for similar. It's the 'food noise' I struggle with the most and my weight is having a detrimental effect physically and mentally now. I just saw some photos of a friend's birthday event last weekend. I thought I had found an outfit that flattered my shape and I felt OK about myself, but I wanted to cry when I saw the photos. I looked like a bloated old hippo and I was so embarrassed. I have just taken the plunge and used your code to order my first prescription so thank you for the discount and hopefully it should make your next dose cheaper too. I can't deny I'm really nervous about any side effects though. xxMortgage @ 03/2019: £125,000, Now: £51,956.86

Thank you MeandO, fingers crossed for no side effects for you too! I think if you are careful and eat as little spicy / greasy / fatty food as possible you should be okay. I understand the trepidation, I was like that before hand and I was when I moved up to 5mg too. So far so good though! People are starting to notice I'm losing weight now too, a few positive comments at work todayMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Happy weekend! Another week done, another weekend ahead with nothing planned as yet
I'm going to get most of the normal housework done tonight so that over the weekend I can do a couple of the bits that I never get around to. So far I have cleaned the bathroom and tidied my bedroom. Over the weekend I want to finally get the bulbs planted in the garden, take some stuff to the tip, get some bits on Vinted, do a food shop and tidy the front garden if it isn't raining.

Morning, bedding is stripped, washed and hanging on the line, food shopping is done and put away, general tidying is pretty much done, now time to clean indoors although I won't hoover until later as ds is still asleep, then on to the front garden.Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Hi Benben, unfortunately I don’t know if you will receive my referral funds from medexpress after all. They messed me round for a week, repeatedly saying I hadn’t provided ID and a photo when I had done so several times, then refused to prescribe without reason when I complained! I think they’ve over subscribed themselves and are having trouble fulfilling orders. I’ve gone through voy instead, so I’m really sorry if you don’t receive the account credit xMortgage @ 03/2019: £125,000, Now: £51,956.86
