PAY ALL YOUR DEBT OFF BY XMAS 2023

#18 8000 / 8000
Had a big energy account credit so withdrew that and along with payday a tightening of the belt in May & June and a review of savings pots I’ve managed to clear the balance on my account.
Final balance was on 0% CC and I could have kept but the physiological benefit of clearing was better than the interest forgone.
This is massive for me as part from the mortgage I have no debt, this is the first time in over 30+ years I have not had any loans or credit card balances.
Next challenge will be 3 month’s emergency fund, I now after all these overpayments have about a weeks cover so by Xmas need to make that nearer a month.
