    Yes.

The one from DCB is not your N180; this is a random letter that you should be expecting as it is included in the 12 steps in the first post of the Template Defence thread.
I was expecting this letter but I thought money claim may display some transaction as already 28 days passed.

Please re-read my post on your thread on 11 April at 5:17PM.
And this recent thread indicates that longer delays are likely... CCBC are currently 26 days behind with DQs

Earlier I wrote on your thread that the Claimant has 28 days to consider your Defence.

More recently I wrote on your thread that HMCTS appeared to 26 days behind schedule.

    28 + 26 + a few days for natural processing time = ??

Wait patiently or, if you like, phone the CCBC - number on your Claim Form - and ask them what's going on.

    Three months delay - wow!

When it arrives, go back to It's back to reading that '12 first steps' checklist you were following when you filed a Defence.
Item 7 is pertinent and 8 onwards are well worth a refresher.  See the Template Defence sticky thread.

And to pre-empt your next question in July...

This thread - New Questions on the N180 Form - should help.

    Fine. And a hearing date?

The NEWBIES thread shows you a current exemplar WS by baz417 but NEW:

...now add this transcript as an extra exhibit, plus add a paragraph explaining it:
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6473149/major-judgement-where-judge-strike-out-the-claim-form/p1

    And:

    REALLY IMPORTANT THIS MONTH:

Please please (please) do this and give the Government your evidence - the horrific series of frightening £170 demands and court claim (your address and the Claim number redacted of course) - and tell them how receiving extortionate 3 figure threats and being forced to defending a court claim feels:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6471857/please-reply-to-question-4-of-the-governments-call-for-evidence-re-the-level-of-parking-charges

    Explained there.

    PLEASE READ AND JOIN US.

It's one email. One question; will take minutes.

Make sure you attach letters to provide evidence.

Obviously state at the start of your email response to the DLUHC that you are a consumer and are answering question 4 of the parking Call for Evidence.

The added £60 or £70 on top of an already very high penalty (for doing nothing wrong) makes people less likely to settle the matter and of course, more likely that bulk litigators will litigate because they are a drain in Society.  Bulk litigation is not the intention of the small claims track but the parking industry abuses the system and effectively doubles what should be capped legal fees.

Add that you want your evidence to help inform the DLUHC to ban the added imaginary 'fee' that is nothing to do with debt resolution but all about funding and driving cases on a conveyor belt to court in hundreds of thousands per annum.

Change the law... we already are...

I'm in the Reading area and have already helped another win a parking case in this court ... WE WON with £95 costs

As this is DCBL with their fake add-on and a statement of truth by Yasmin Mia which is untrue, I'm happy to assist and go to court with you. Don't worry, I don't charge, my reward is to watch a judge spank these bods
