Did you include the "preliminary matter" paras and CEL v Chan judgment transcript in your defence?SCompx said:Update: Finally got the date for the Court - 14th March, and I guess DCB need to inform court by 14th Feb if they are continuing.2 -
I didn't included that as my Defense was submitted in March-2023, but will include that in WS.
But I guess WS need to be submitted around 14 days before the hearing date and I will find out if DCB paid the fees to continue the case around 30 days before the hearing.0 -
You won't find that out.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

What I meant was if they do not pay fees by due date, will court not sent out a letter of discontinuation?Coupon-mad said:You won't find that out.0 -
Probably not so quick as to stop you needing to do your WS. So you should assume the hearing fee is paid.

I have added you to the 'disco' thread. Can you show us a redacted copy of that discontinuance? It helps to show none of this is hearsay.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Wondering, I didn't heard from Court yet, do I still have to submit the WS? Case due to be heard on 15th of March - So, I guess got couple of days to submit WS if needed.0
