I don't think they send emails.
Instead the expectation is that anyone on Agile frequently checks the day ahead costs via the app, or website (or third party app etc).
Some third party apps send daily notifications.

Or wait for someone to post here 😁.
The latter is flawed though, as not all low price periods get posts.
There have been low/negative periods every day for the last week (apart from 2nd)
