Can I join you all please? I work 6 days a week and have been buying lunches everyday for around the last year. I spend around £5 a day so that's over £1500! I feel sick just writing that down, especially when I am so frugal in other areas.
I have made and taken lunches everyday since the new year. Mainly sandwiches, pesto pasta and cous cous with grilled chicken. I do have access to a microwave and kettle, I just need to keep the motivation!SPC #046 2021- £293.26

Back to @Brie breakfast suggestions, I seen someone make a protein cheesecake but with weetabix! Looks amazing! You get 2 weetabix add some milk and mash it up, add that to a small round pot, pat the weetabix flat so looks like a base of cheesecake. Get a protein yoghurt or a thick yogurt that can hold its shape and spoon that on top, leave to firm in the fridge over night and then add your fruit or topping of your choice!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe boards and spending & discounts boards. I’ve done so well this week. No coffee, lunches or snacks have been bought. I’ve taken my flask for coffee and had soup or a sandwich at lunchtime. Saved at least £15 on coffee alone.I'm not a muggle...I'm just magically challenged2

I had a very weird lunch at home today. 2 eggs going out of date, so made an egg omelette, added some cheese which was going mouldy in the fridge, so trimmed that and threw it in with a very suspicious sping onion and wrinkly tomatoes. I sprinkled a fair layer of chilli flakes on top and couldn't taste a thing, so alllllll good!November 2023
