Judging by their system status, they haven't noticed it yet. Have you not raised it with them?

  • Email from Chase

On Monday 26 December and Tuesday 27 December 2022, we had an issue with sending your scheduled payment(s).

We recommend checking your Chase account to see if the payment(s) went out as planned – if not, we're very sorry. If you need the payment(s) to go through, you can head to the Chase app and make the payment(s) manually.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

    Yours sincerely,

    Chase Support Team

I received the same email when I was on the phone to them just now. They say they had an issue with NatWest but couldn't say much more about it
The chap I talked to said I should cancel the SO and set it up again. He couldn't explain exactly how this would help but I've done it anyway

I also received the same email whilst I was engaging in a 20-minute support chat with them. Before the email was received, the agent saw on their end that the transaction was cancelled and then had the gall to suggest "the merchant probably cancelled it".

A complaint has now been raised.

Chase just called me about my complaint, they resolved it by giving me £50 as a goodwill gesture.
I had no losses so was happy 😃
