    Afternoon all,

The total PAD for 6 December 2023 was £188.75

Sorry it's so late in the day, I've been napping on and off all day as I'm feeling a bit under the weather. Which got me thinking and pining a bit for the healthier version of me from yesteryear...

Sometimes it’s good to keep napping @Keedie
Im sure it’s nature’s way of rebuilding you. I like dozing off in the chair from time to time but my mouth often feels like the bottom of a bird cage when I wake up and more often than not I’ve been dribbling too!

I've got a deep imprint of my pillow on my cheek @AntoMac and I have also suffered the bird cage mouth effect 😂. But the naps have definitely helped me today.
