Evri is not the courier from hell

Evri are pretty grim, but I have to say that Royal Mail are - in my area at least - doing their best to join them at the bottom of the pile of couriers of last resort. I've had to complain about RM dumping my mail on the step three times now, and each time I got exactly the same worthless email replete with empty promises. They really don't give a stuff.

I think it depends on your location.
My Evri courier is great and so is my Royal Mail postie.

That has been my experience too.

Not sure I can say that same about my local RM sorting office though. Twice recently (over a week apart) had two very low value (~10p) items stolen from (tracked) letters by carefully snipping the narrow side open (identical both times). Someone in there probably couldn't resist the tape that the ebay seller used to seal it.
