Very nice boots, @Miró, I think they will look good with the dress.

You must have a huge wardrobe! But then you need it to cover the woodchip - I agree it's not the best of inventions, it takes some getting rid of!

Regrets:-

Ferragamo sweater, only cost 20p but I thought I had a real bargain. After freezing it and washing it I found it had half a dozen moth holes so binned it.  Still get the shudders when I think about it....ick!

And one item that started as a treasure, then turned into a regret and ended up being a treasure!!  Twas a black short evening dress from the 99p shop that I absolutely loved.  Wore it once and it just felt an inch or two too short for me.  Just sold it on Vinted for £20.....nice profit!!

Lovely treasure list, @Miró, evidence how well dressed one can be from a chazza habit! Nice that you managed to rehome the evening dress, too: both you and someone, somewhere did well through that.

Two books this week from the 70s, both hardbacks, both by Marguerite Patten OBE one 99p, one £1. Cooking For Two and Cooking In a Hurry. 

Great buys this year, mostly books.. all the Mayr books.

I'm not sure I could produce a treasure list, I've not been buying anything really. A few ( ) books - nothing exciting or unusual. I've got quite a lot of use out of the camel coloured jacket I put a pic of on here, it's a beautiful fit and I love how the collar stands up just right to keep my neck warm when it's not cold enough for a scarf. 

When I've nipped into a cs, and found something that I 'must' have, I've done the old trick of asking myself what else I would wear it with and do I really not have something similar already.... I decided that if I buy something now it has to be exquisite and look like it was hand made for me. Otherwise I'm just buying more of the same, and I'm getting a bit slack at donating stuff too...    SABLE's-r-us ha haa!

And now I'm singing Santa Baby.... 

I love those boots @Miro, such a gorgeous colour Am I the only one that doesn't mind woodchip? I remember spending hours running my fingernails along it when I was young, it was so warm and tactile.

I did dip into a chazzer before it closed last night, specifically to look for a certain item. Said item was not found but I overheard the staff cash up and the daily takings were so pitiful I ended up buying stuff I already have and use - on the grounds it looked new and can be gifted.
