Strutton Ground used to be the local market for me when I worked in London many moons ago!
Went to a local Oxfam CS this morning and bought a couple of books to take away on holiday next week. One of which I'd been looking for for quite a long time. They were 99p each - one paperback, one hard back.

I had a great day at multiple chazzers last weekend. Finds included the obligatory scarf to keep me warm indoors for 50p, a spare silicone case for my phone for 50p (in the dishwasher as we speak), a brand new CD of the original soundtrack of Les Mis, 1985 cast (still in its wrapping) for 50p.And these BN gloves for £1.95 each:No man is worth crawling on this earth.
So much to read, so little time.8 -
