That dress is lovely @Miró

I went back to PDSA on Saturday and purchased the dress I'd seen on Thursday. Got it home and put it on, couldn't find a zip so pulled it over head and bust (bit of a struggle) only to find a concealed side zip!! It's lovely. Just need to give it a wash and it's good to go!Cross-stitch WIP: Haberdashery Shop Fiver Friday challenge 2025 founding member 😊 Read 25 books in 2025 27/25 Currently reading Fifty Fifty by Steve Cavanagh11 -
I did exactly the same with a dress I bought online! Was really tight to get it on but looked great once on. Came off so much easier once I'd discovered the concealed zip and undone it!Coxy11 said:That dress is lovely @Miró

Another purchase today from PDSA - a Dickins & Jones BNWT purse and matching make up bag. £4.25 for the two RRP £40. I will attempt to Bay of E for my charity fundraising. Not sure I'll make a huge amount but worth a shot.Cross-stitch WIP: Haberdashery Shop Fiver Friday challenge 2025 founding member 😊 Read 25 books in 2025 27/25 Currently reading Fifty Fifty by Steve Cavanagh7

Been on a trip to Edinburgh. Lots of lovely CS in Stockbridge, but nothing for me. Today went to Portobello where DH got a Fatface shirt for £7 and I got a bright green Mountain Life waterproof jacket for £3 and a ring for £1

I found a Denby 'Homestead' sugar bowl for £4 in Yorkshire Cancer Research today. They had a teapot and jug from the same set but I've already collected those so I left them for others.
For fellow Denby enthusiasts, they also had a couple of green mugs - not sure which set they are from.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
