  • #14 checking in with £100 overpayment for February.

    Thanks @julicorn for the updates.
  • #18 here.  So far not made any overpayments as my remortgage is due to complete on 20th Feb.  So hoping to pay my first overpayment end Feb/beg March.  Luckily I managed to grab the deal back just before the interest rates started going up last year and the rate will be 3.5%.  Looking forward to getting this deal fixed for the next 5 years and overpaying as much as I can.  Not getting any younger, at 50 now and would love to clear my mortgage before the age of 60, earlier if possible.
    Make £10 a day challenge - January 2023 = £292.89/£310 - Feb 2023 = £677.09/280 - March 2023 = £102.45/£310 - April = £300.12/300 - May 2023 = £306.80/£310 - June = £245.88/£150 - July = £295.45/£310 - August 2023 £51.56/£310
