If everything that was advised has been corrected and you've done a thorough proof read of it, then you send it as a PDF attachment by email to the court where the hearing is scheduled to take place. You address the email to both the local court and the clamant or their solicitor if they're using one. CC in yourself too. That way, you can evidence that it was sent and you received a copy of it too.
Have you included a costs assessment?2 -

Witness statements are sent by e-mail to the court that you/he selected for the hearing on your/his N180/DQ2

Witness statement has now been sent to all relevant parties.1

The WS has been received from UKPC. My husband has done a counter claim regarding some of the points. Does this get sent electronically to the court and DCBL (like the ws) or does he just take this with him as a printed document when he goes?

I might be getting confused. He emailed me a document called counterclaim today asking me to print it off (like im his PA) asking me to print it off. I think it might just be notes for himself to take with him next week.0

It might be, as you say, notes or crib sheet for the hearing OR it might be a supplementary witness statement, in which case it goes by email to the claimant and the court.1
