The best (only) time to phone CNBC and get a quick answer is at 8.30 am when lines open. He must do this at 8.30 Monday morning1

The phone call in Monday to the CNBC must resolve this. Is he insistent and won't take excuses from the CNBC?
Make him stand up for the phone call and wear shoes even if he's at home. Sounds odd? Try it. Makes you feel more assertive.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So my husband received this today. Can someone please explain if he needs to do anything?
Thanks in advance.1 -
It's good news in that the CCJ has been set aside. The claim will now be transferred to your local court and your original defence is reinstated. You may receive another DQ or they may just rely on the original that they claim to have lost.
Wait for a hearing date and then prepare your WS.3 -
