The landowner contract is with SIP Car Parks (1) Ltd.

(Nice to see that both parties came in on a bank holiday to sign the contract!)
I wish my signature was so nice and clear - it usually looks like a chicken ran off with my pen  :)

I just double checked this while I was sorting out my documents for the hearing (9th Feb) and it actually says SiP Car Parks (1) Limited on every page, which according to companies house was incorporated on
    21 March 2013.

Unless my eyes are playing tricks on me/missing something. It's confusing parsing through the slight variations of the company names.

Either way, it's not the company that's taking me to court.

My bad….You are correct SIP Car Parks (1) Limited 08456205 appear to be the company on the Landowner Authority that were incorporated 21/03/13 according to Companies House. My previous search brought up SIP Parking (1) Limited 14421987 which is yet another company incorporated 17/10/22 also having the same directors.

The car park sign indicates any alleged contract would be with SIP Parking Limited 6752126. Despite how dubious the landowner authority appears to be it is for a completely different company SIP Car Parks (1) Limited 08456205.

Reminds me of the old joke. Why don’t they have the Yellow Pages in China? Because there are so many Wings and so many Wongs somebody might ring the wrong number.

There have been numerous SIP companies. I reckon there are probably some 8 active SIP companies and a similar number of dissolved ones. Anybody would think they might be up to no good.

Just so I have it clear in my head because I've got it mixed up before:

SIP Car Parks (1) limited 08456205 on the parking ticket

SIP Parking Limited 6752126 on the sign

SIP Car Parks (1) limited 08456205 on the landowner authority

And I'm being taken to court by SIP Parking Limited 6752126

It's genuinely confused me a few times trying to get it all straight.
