    Oh that's good to know!

I just called up the central court thing, SiP hasn't paid the court fee and they haven't submitted a WS. Apparently someone from SiP contacted them, maybe as an intention that they were going to pay (I wasn't sure exactly what they meant on the phone) but ultimately they haven't paid and the deadline was 4pm on the 12th of January.

The lady on the phone said I should email the court and ask them what's going on. Which I'll do now.

Ask them to confirm it has been struck out
  • I just had their witness statement turn up by post. I guess I should scan and upload them here, there's 105 pages.

Is there any way that the central court person I spoke to was wrong about them not paying the court fee?

We don't really need to see 105 pages of template witness statement.

I'll upload the list of documents they've submitted and then if there's anything from that list which would be useful I can upload that.

Unlikely they're wrong. If they want to intimidate you they won't pay the fee but still send you a massive bundle in the post.

You can ring the court again and ask afresh.
  • Here's the content pages, please let me know if there's anything that'd be useful to upload. Thanks.

I called the court phone line again to double check and they say nothing has been paid. I asked if there's any chance they paid but it hasn't been logged and she said that's a possibility but according to their system it hasn't been paid.

I guess I'll just wait for the Nuneaton Court to email me for clarification.

No, email to ask for confirmation that the claim was struck out and that the hearing is vacated.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
