Thanks all, I've made those changes. As for paragraph 39 (i) is "Any signs that may have existed were not illuminated and could not be read in darkness. As a result, I was unable to see, read or understand any purported terms and conditions. In the absence of clear, prominent and readable signage, no contract could have been formed and I could not have agreed to any terms" okay to replace it?

Great! I think I've done what I can, I really appreciate all the help and patience.
Is it common for these parking companies to just go quiet and not send their WS? I'll continue to keep an eye out for something but it doesn't look likely.
They've got until 4pm on the 12th January to pay the hearing fee, I guess I could call the court after that and see if they've bothered (if I don't hear anything).

Earlier on I emailed my WS to the court and CC'd SiP. They still haven't sent me anything and the deadline of 4pm has passed for them.
