The last thing I had from SiP was their DQ, I haven't received a WS or evidence from them yet. Is that what you mean?Coupon-mad said:

I have the Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track (Hearing) letter and the Notice of Trial Date letter.1 -
Does the Order tell them to include all those factors within their WS?
I think they usually do, so you won't have it until you receive their bundle.

Yes. But they have the same WS deadline as you? Show us that order.palegreenghost said:
My WS deadline is on the 5th of January, and my hearing date is on the 9th of February.

OK, so I think relax now and enjoy the holiday season. You've drafted a WS but really need to see theirs before finalising it. Hopefully they'll send it before 5th but wait & see.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Is this 21 December at 2:16PM <<<LINK your draft witness statement or are you just showing us your defence as filed? If it is your witness statement, it needs to be in the first person so "I" not "the defendant".3

I just posted part of my defence as filed to give a general idea of what my defence is to get people up to speed on what this thread is about (I sort of decimated this thread by removing a lot of context/posts). I helped my dad with his WS and it was all written in first person and I'll do the same here. Thanks for the heads-up though!Le_Kirk said:Is this 21 December at 2:16PM <<<LINK your draft witness statement or are you just showing us your defence as filed? I was talking to my friend today who was a passenger at the time and they're going to corroborate what I've said and provide a short WS. I thought maybe it'll strengthen my WS and evidence a little.
SiP aren't rushing themselves with sending over their WS and the stuff the judge said they should send me...
