SIP Parking PCN for a misleading parking ticket sign

That's what I mean, I've emailed the court already to ask if the claim will be struck out due to non payment. Just waiting for them to reply.Coupon-mad said:No, email to ask for confirmation that the claim was struck out and that the hearing is vacated.

I've had a read through of their witness statement and looked at their evidence. I've already found 3 pieces of nonsense, "my company were not required to give any specific notice of a tariff change” even though they were, and "as evidenced, there is a sign above each machine which would have advised the purchaser of the correct tariff at the time of parking" their own site photographs show a machine with no sign above it.
They even lied to say that "a message was put on the screen of the machine to inform them". There's absolutely zero way they put a message on the screen of the ticket machine to say that the terms had changed. Nor have they included any evidence of it.
It feels thrown together, they've not bothered to reference anything properly using the exhibits.1 -
So as long as ONE of the three terms is adhered to the other two are irrelevant?:- - (i.e. no payment needs paying as long as, say, another term is "parked within the lines of a bay" is adhered to)

Also a typo? in para 4 - baring
Just saying.4 -

All the photographs they provided are in black and white too. Very arty.2

I called the court service again because I've had no reply from Nuneaton Court.
They say the fee was paid, it was logged as paid the 19th but it could've been paid on time so it looks as though it's going ahead.

Is there anything from the claimant's Witness Statement that I should scan and upload? I might as well start getting prepared for the 9th of February.0 -
Don't scan. Take photos & post them here. The usual useful things to see are all photo evidence, the aerial view map, both sides of the NTK and the landowner authority.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Here's the signage, map, and site photos
As you can (maybe) see on the photo on page 22 there's a ticket machine with no tariff sign above it or near it which is most likely the one I used.

The landowner contract is with SIP Car Parks (1) Ltd.
(Nice to see that both parties came in on a bank holiday to sign the contract!)5
