All I can add is that I purchased 2 items from Ebay from 2 different parts of the country, both Private BIN's, on the 4th January, both delivered by Evri at lunchtime today (9th).
    I can't grumble at that.
    Move along, nothing to see.

By the end of November I had ordered 15 items which hadn't arrived.

No post received from start of December until just before Christmas - when 5 of them arrived.

Messaged the outstanding 10 after Christmas just for info - 3 refunded without asking, 5 said let's wait a bit longer, 2 replied quite rudely basically saying "not my problem complain to the Post Office (sic)". These were the two earliest ones, which were about to time out for opening cases, so I did.

Last week the other 8 arrived, so I contacted the 3 sellers who had refunded asking how to repay them - 2 said don't bother as they had received stamps compensation from RM, the other one was a bit higher value than 8 stamps so she gave me her bank details and I sent a transfer.

Postman said backlog was cleared so I escalated the cases and forced refunds. Of course they both arrive today, and the sellers had sent Signed For even though the items were under £10 (and not put the tracking number on ebay), plus the postman dropped them in my postbox without scanning the barcode meaning there is "proof" they are "lost"....

Could they not have been scanned on delivery, and then posted through your letterbox?  What does the reference number say when you enter it in RM's track and trace?
