Yes I reported the change back in May 2022.

How did you report the change? Did you wife then claim UC herself and did you receive a link to join both claims together?
Please have a look at your statements and tell us exactly what they include.

I am sorry but she was put on JSA May 2022 you want me to post you the proof? In May I told them I was married and they put her on JSA? Why would I lie? I can't show you the Journal as it won't copy and paste. Yes she is Claiming Carrers alowance and registered with Doctor and Council as me Carer.

It is not possible for her to be "put onto JSA" i'm not asking you to "show" your journal, i'm asking you to tell me what elements exactly are included in your statement. From that we will know if you're claiming as a couple or as a single person.

Indeed but it flagged up when you said you were claiming UC as a single person why you live with your wife. If you're not claiming UC as a couple then you won't be able to receive the WHD because you're not named on the bill, your wife is.
As i advised it's impossible for them to have put her on JSA because they don't put anyone on any benefits.

So you put a message onto your journal. Did you then report a change of circumstances and tell then she's now living with you.
You haven't answered the question i ask earlier.
Can you please tell us what elements are included on your statements.

You keep saying this, but "they" don't do anything - it is your wife who makes a claim for benefit and ultimately they are legally responsible, not anyone else.
People here are trying to explain to you that a mistake has been made, and you and your wife are responsible for correcting it. Your wife should not be in receipt of JSA as your wife should be claiming UC together with you. You and your wife need to contact UC immediately and explain that there has been a mistake and that she will need to be aded to your UC claim. I can understand how the process of doing that may not be immediately apparent or straight forward to you, so I would suggest the pair of you call into your local jobcentre and staff there will be able to support you in rectifying the situation. Failure to sort it out may potentially result in an overpayment resulting in civil fines or worse, prosecution for fraud. Please get some help now to sort out the situation ASAP before they catch up with you.

You keep saying you reported to them that you got married but did you tell them you were living with your partner. You should have! You will need to do this ASAP otherwise you could get into serious problems of an order much more notable than the WHD. She should have been added to your U/C claim when you moved in together - you need to resolve this ASAP before doing anything else.
