Good morning guys,
just received their witness statement (going to assume this as their intentions to follow through with court, or is there a chance they’ll pull out deadline is next Thursday to do this)
I'm doing the finishing touches to my WS, then I will link it in here if you don’t mind having a look over it for me! Should be finished Monday. Can’t believe they’re actually using a photo which shows my car marked with an X outside of their “enforcement” area. Blows my mind. The photos of the car actually show it outside of the area as well. Just impresses me at the utter stupidity of these companies0 -
I do have another question. They state that I was not “registered on site”
how would registration be possible if the company was closed. Making it therefore impossible to “register” on site.Surely this has some merit to it?0 -
You already know that you are dealing with intellectually malnourished people employed by these firms. There shouldn't be any surprises.2

They also state that when I appealed, I didn’t bother following up and contesting it once the answer had been given. Yet there is no option to contest it any further. As “all decisions are final”0

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hey @Umkomaas this is the signage they supplied me. (Don’t have access to my laptop currently as out with work so don’t have the photos I’ve took to hand)

That is not a picture of the signs in the car park. That is a facsimile of what they allege is supposed to be there. You need to either go back and atke some photos, preferably under the same lighting conditions on the day of the parking event or else at least go to Google Street View and look for signs at the location.
Is this related to the NHS car park for Nye Bevan House here? https://goo.gl/maps/sErtyAy3EQ6V4E7y61 -
