Apologies I should’ve specified it’s the allocation date for the 15 June for the small claims court. I’ve got a 1 hour slot
also, thanks for the swift response
Are you telling us that you have already filed a Defence?
Have you also filed and served a Directions Questionnaire?
Has the case already been transferred to your local hearing court?
What is going on??
Edit to add:
Just reading back, I see that you filed a Directions Questionnaire back March.
So I ask again... Court paperwork? What court paperwork?

Hey Keith,
the exact title is “Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track (Hearing)”
it’s already with the local court yes.I have done the DQ yes.I will be adding one witness statement ( from a passenger whom was with me at the time) (1505 grandad) (unless this isn’t needed)0 -
On your Notice of Allocation, is there not a paragraph something like:Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].Might be on the back. Those 'documents on which you intend to rely' are your Witness Statement and evidence.
You definitely need to supply a Witness Statement and evidence - as described in the NEWBIES thread.
Not sure whether you passenger also needs to provide a Witness Statement. That depends a lot on what he has to say.2 -
There’s a date on it yes, (has to be by 2pm on such a date) I will be able to relay that info in the morning once I’ve finished work as the paperwork is not to hand.Once I’ve written my witness statement should I upload it here for advice etc? As I want to nail this. I’ve got the evidence mostly compiled already on my wallet.I have photos of the signage.(taken in day light) Should I include photos of it in the same conditions (low light) as it was evening and winter upon the “parking offence” which would help show that the signs are not legible or lit up.Thanks for any advice! It’s greatly appreciated.0

Upload your WS to Dropbox or similar with personal data redacted then post the link here. Yes, include photos of the signs taken in the same light/weather conditions.I married my cousin.
