Well today i've just made the payment to ym Abbey account to hit two milestones!

Credit Card Debt is now £5k and my total debt is now below £9k! :j

Not got many plans for the weekend, going down the pub with a mate as its his birthday and not alot else.

Really need to try and get a few things sorted at home, stuff to sell, dvd rack to put up (i hate flat pack :rolleyes: )

Off to change my signature now :j and have a :coffee:

Looks like im going to be going down the route of reclaiming PPI from an old loan which totalled £804.96 plus any interest due.

This would be a fantastic boost and i hadnt really thought about it before until i saw someone posting about their success on here!

If you can get that ppi back you'll have to adjust your target upwards as it just will be toooooo easy for your amazind debt busting skills.

I have said on the pay off 8k challenge that i think im going to pay off more than that and said i would try and aim for £10k which is do able i think.

Also any extra i get just means it will be more saved towards a house for when i look to move in with my girlfriend so the more the better!

Right have sent off the letter to try and reclaim the PPI, im hoping that i'll get a positive response but not holding my breath too much.

Only one way to find out though!

goooooooood luck with claiming your money back and well done on hitting the 2 milestones.

My car died this afternoon and I had to be towed to the garage who can't work on it until Tues - i think it will be v expensive:(
