By whatever method is stated as the way to appeal on the PCN.
I found their email address on there, on appealing section on the ticket.
  • Which the PCN states.

    Thanks.

    An other question.

I got my ticket on 01/12/2022 so basically I have to send them an email on 25th, that will be Christmas day and no one will be able to reply me back.

Can this affect the appealing process?

Get it to them for 23/12 then. Just try to hook them away from applying to the DVLA for your details. Make sure you give them your full name and address as well as the PCN reference number and your car's VRM. Everything 'on a plate' for them so there's no necessity for them to contact the DVLA.

As I said previously, this isn't guaranteed to work as some PPCs are now wise to the tactic, but unless you try, it won't work.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks, will send them that on 23/12

    Hope that will work.

If isn't designed to work.  It is designed to get a rejection letter and POPLA code, and hope that they omit to send a Notice to Keeper. Then you win at POPLA.

Make sure you do NOT choose driver in the drop-down menu.

Then what should I choose? Vehicle keeper?

Anything appropriate that doesn't tell them who was driving.

Obviously not 'driver' if you plan to win on 'no keeper liability'!
