Got PCN ticket

Thanks. An other question, at the back of the ticket says that if I'll appeal, the funds will be held, means if I appeal now the £60 discount will be held. However, from previous post I've been told to appeal when it's 25/26 day.Mouse007 said:Will123321 said:Thanks. Then what are my chances that I can win this PCN appeal?Virtually nil, but that is the wrong question. 96% of PCN appeals are rejected, it is part of their scam business model. If you had asked "what are my chances of winning?" the answer would beThat depends upon you, follow the advice, read the sticky threads and chances are very high indeed. But you might have to go all the way to Court to do so.
How is that works?0 -
But you win't be paying at all.
One of the first Q&A in the NEWBIES thread already tells you about the 14 days bribe. Please re-read that thread.
If JD Parking are in the IPC you can't wait till day 25/26 to appeal (that is for BPA firms) but you know which it is, as you have the PCN there and it tells you on the back.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes I read it about 14 days. However, I heard from other people if I will appeal, the fine will go up and up, and my chances to win the appeal isn't higher.Coupon-mad said:But you win't be paying at all.

Who are 'the other people'? What experience have they about private parking cases? Do any advise on private parking forums?Will123321 said:

I will check the back of the ticket. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Some of work colleagues said they got ticket from same place, and they fine has increased and even called to the court. Not sure how truth is that. Either paying it or appealing it.0 -
Follow the advice in the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, first post, especially regarding 25/26 day appeal and you could be on your way to paying nothing. The only time you will have to pay anything is if a Judge tells you to do so. There are no guarantees, but if you read plenty of threads on the forum, you will quickly see how successful our advice is. But, there is no quick solution silver bullet, you must learn the process, then apply it if you want the opportunity to pay nothing. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Well firstly it is not a fine, merely an invoice and although the PPCs and their pet roboclaim partners try to inflate the costs, they are usually defeated, if you follow the advice from the knowledgeable members of this ForumThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.2

No looking for quick problem solving. I just don't want troubles if I'll wait to appeal.0
