Click on "Spend" (at the bottom of the app) and then "Create rewards voucher". You can then choose how much you want to redeem. The vouchers have an expiry date and there are T&Cs for them, which can be found at the bottom of the vouchers page.MACKEM99 said:How does it work when wanting to spend the amount acrued?

In my experience it's best to create the vouchers before you head out to the shop. There is poor phone signal in my ASDA and every time I have tried to create a voucher at the checkout it has failed with a "unable to complete..." message.olgadapolga said:

Do the vouchers appear on screen or do you need to print them?
 Thanks. M990

I have been using the rewards app. Most weeks , I spend forty to sixty pounds .Like others have said since April . I have not earned one pence in the rewards. Scanned app every time went shopping.I can see the new milestones etc. My point is it seems the only way now to get cash rewards is to buy products which you do not normally buy. Seems Asda have realised that the rewards were costing them money. Redesigned rewards app so to make difficult to get a reward.0

This week I got my £5 reward for 5 shops of £10 or more. And my shops were not much more than £10 each. Quite a good week with my £6 off £40 Tesco coupon.

This month again have 5 x £10+ shops for £5. Another new one is buy 7 x ES products for £1.50 bonus. Got £5 for spending £15+ on George Home & clothing this morning - they had some reduced price bath towels 😊. And a £4 off £40 from Tesco.

I've never had any "spend £X and get a reward" missions. They clearly are targeting them at individual shopping habits. As I constantly shop at ASDA and always spend more than £10 then I guess their algorithm sees no point in incentivising me with that.molerat said:This week I got my £5 reward for 5 shops of £10 or more.
