I got the Asda app bought some stuff it now says I have £5 in my pot, does this mean I get £5 automatically off my next shop if I scan the app at the checkout
No, you convert to vouchers yourself in the app. I save mine up so it’s a nice chunk off. Had over £100 off so far

You'll need to convert it to a voucher in the app and scan the barcode from the voucher. Click the "Spend" tab, it should be self-explanatory.
Noticed that the last few shops my cashpot was not increasing. Raised it with support and at first they said they could see the app and hadn't applied correctly.
Now they have just told that the way it works changed from 2nd April: "The milestones ended on the 2nd April and no more have been created at the moment how the app is working over the next two months is each customer will be given personalised missions to complete over the next two month".
When I pointed out that this sounds like it was costing them too much and they are scaling it back, they replied:
"For the next two months we have been advised there will be no milestones this time and each customer will be given personalised missions. I believe the management team have brought this in for a way to boost your cash pot a lot more".
Maybe I am cynical, but I don't believe that last bit!! Time will tell. I always thought they were paying out "too much"; I have earned between one and two hundred pounds since it was launched, just for doing my regular shopping. Tesco Clubcard never came close to that when I used to shop there.

I have those bonus ones, but no £75 one. I have never looked at missions etc. before, I just look to see how much has been earned after each time I scan it. Every single shop since they launched Rewards has earned me money, now the last three haven't. I will be keeping an eye on it.

That’s not good! I still have my scan each shop bonuses

My mission is do 5 shops of over £10 in April and get £5
I am honestly not bothering with specific products as there are too many on the app to search through and in my store it is hit and miss if the product is marked correctly on the shelf, the 72 pack Weetabix still has the marker and that offer finished about a month ago and there has been a price increase so someone has changed the ticket on that item and not noticed. The other week I had a 90p pot increase and none of the products I bought were marked. My daughter bought something purely because of the header card and when she checked her receipt not only was the price wrong but their was no pot addition. Told CS and they refunded the difference but could not add the pot amount and when another member of staff was called daughter heard them say that people would ask for a refund so no point changing the header, the member of staff that does that will be in on Monday.
Gosh, that all sounds terribly complicated! I have just scanned it every time I do my usual shops (about three times a week) and it gives me money! I've never looked at why.
Not now though! I have done five shops since the beginning of April and have not earned one single penny.
