Sounds like a good weekend. Hope you have better luck with the new EA"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee5

You've had a lovely busy weekend, @EH. We managed to get an Easter lamb offer too. Our local market butcher was selling legs of lamb at 2 for £30. One supplied Easter Sunday lunch, 4 portions of lamb bhuna & an Epic Man Stew. The other is in the freezer for another occasion.
Re your fitness device. They can develop some really annoying traits. Mine (a Bit of Fit) has decided that it will power down to precisely 21% then turn itself off. It used to function at a much lower charge level than that & I see no reason for it not to, but nope! It is fine until it hits 21%, then off it goes!
F2026's challenges: 1) To rebuild our Emergency Fund to at least £5k.
2) To read 50 books (12/50) 3) The Re-Shrinking of Foxgloves 8.1kg/30kg
Remember....if you have to put it on a credit card, extend your overdraft or take out a loan to buy whatever it is, you probably can't afford it, as that's not your money, it's somebody else's!4 -
Let's hope the new EA can follow simple instructions & use email. I wouldn't have much faith in one who couldn't follow such a straightforward instruction to be honest, I would always be worrying what else they were getting wrong

Mine too. I wish my charge 2 hadn't died of old age, even with a cracked screen it was better.foxgloves said:

We’d used our agents to deal with Dd2’s flat sale very recently so knew they’d be on the ball and they were, we had viewings and an offer before the photos were done then within 3 days of being live we had an offer from a cash buyer and it was all in the solicitors hands. The right agent and photos make a huge difference even in this RM age. Fingers crossed for a quick changeover and sale for you.6

I hope you have better luck with a different agent.4
