Any decent business should know that delivery is their responsibility so I also agree that a bad review is in order.

Glad you got the chain sorted, annoying on the way to work though.

I need to go back and look at the coronation invite again :D

    Good work!

Nuisance about the bike - and you've reminded me I need to get on my foldy one at the weekend and see whether they ever made it better, or whether it's just consigned to the shed til I win the premium bonds 🙄 As for punctures, I confess I put green slime into all my bike tyres  and then I largely don't have to deal with them 😁 I CAN fix a puncture, but I don't like doing it 😂 Slime will fill most holes unless you literally slice with glass or a giant nail (which you wouldn't fix with a puncture repair kit anyway). Slime and a spare inner tube is my go-to kit!

Will have to look at my bike more closely EH - the motor is on the back wheel, so not sure if that affects the chain/heating. I have paid extra for Schwalbe puncture protection, but no real idea what this means - Mr MV does though as he deals with cargo bikes for work, so I just followed his suggestion!

Thanks for letting us know about the company - always worth knowing who to avoid. Not likely to buy any camera bits soon, but you never know.

That’s terrible customer service. Bad review and avoidance in future me thinks. As you say not worth more of your time though.
