How strange you mentioned risotto rice. I was planning on salmon tomorrow and we normally have rice, and just realised there is not enough left until I go shopping next week, but I did find an unopened packet of risotto rice in the cupboard. Must admit I've never cooked my own risotto rice, but can't see why salmon risotto wouldn't be a thing.Making the debt go down and savings go up

I make pea and mint risotto to go with salmon, but there are plenty of recipes out there for salmon risotto.5

Salmon risotto is definitely a thing! 😁 As for the other thing - I love Cauliflower, and very much enjoy rice, but I confess I don’t feel the need to try to make one of them pretend to be the other! 🤣
No viewings as yet sadly - suspect it’s a bit quiet as far as flats go locally at the moment as a number have gone on this week but nothing further down the listings seems to have sold. Houses seem to be turning over quite well, and I know that sometimes these things go in waves, so we’ll just need to be patient. Thr EPC assessment is booked for next week, and we should have a for sale board up early next week too. Oh and we’ve asked that the council tax banding is added to the listing, too.A fairly chilled day here - a walk first thing, then I went to the gym after breakfast - did my next couch to 5k run on the treadmill and discovered that my old faithful Nike running shoes could do with being consigned to the “not for running in” pile as my knees griped throughout. I’ll be sticking to the lovely cushioned ASICS pair in future I think as I’ve been fine in those. Then a mixed afternoon of a bit of housework, a yoga session and some sofa/TV time which was fab and exactly what was needed!Nothing much to report really - the second of our little batch of regular savers has matured - another one of mine. At the moment I’ve left it where it is as ideally I want to shift it to the new Coventry limited access saver once it’s open properly. Just the two of MrEH’s to go now for this batch. Once they’ve all landed it will be a decent chunk of the cash bit of our deposit funds. Other than that banks all checked and fine. Not decided whether we’re heading to the farmer’s market tomorrow, or not. There isn’t anything we really need, so we might give it a miss. I will need to do a shopping list and meal plan though, and we want to get to F@rmf00ds at some stage too for some odds and ends.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Well done on the run. Always a shame when comfy trainers have to be consigned to the pile - mine end up as dog walking shoes usually. Big fan of Hoka shoes for exercise but previously also an asics fan - Hoka just better for my plantar fasciitis.Credit Card 1 - £6249.99 £4,900
