    Sorry to hear about Mr EH's Dad - it's still a huge thing, even if not entirely unexpected & lots to deal with both practically & emotionally. It sounds as though you are keeping everything in fine order at your end. I hope all the arrangements go as smoothly as possible.

    Sorry to hear about Mr EHs dad.  It is a fair old trek from Essex to Devon so good you can have two days for the funeral.  I expect his mum appreciated him going down to help.
