I would give up. During lockdown I bought a 'warehouse reduced' treadmill from Amazon at a very good price. It never turned up, and they said they lost it in transit. I suppose it slipped out of a crack in the van floor! I think someone somewhere decided it was far too cheap or else an employee fancied it and cancelled my order. A refund was never a problem, but I wanted the treadmill at the agreed price. You won't win.

Your order is an offer to Amazon to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from Amazon, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the Order Confirmation E-mail). The Order Confirmation E-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you and send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched the product to you (the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail).

What does the tracking for the order say on the courier’s website?

If the courier has a scan a contract has been formed.

If the courier hasn’t had the item then there is a debate to be had as to what dispatched actually means but Amazon are providing fulfilment only and your contract is likely with the 3rd party seller and any claim (such as loss of a bargain) would also be with the 3rd party seller.
On the web page, it states - "Dispatches from Amazon" / "Sold by Amazon". If it is sold by the 3rd party, it means Amazon misleads consumers.

Provide a link for the item

For many items there are multiple sellers, who Amazon defaults to will change depending on pricing, stock and delivery.

Now it is the black Friday sales. Lots stuffs are selling at discounted prices.
Unless you believe Which? in which case 98% of "sales" are no cheaper than they have otherwise been priced at in the last year https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-63702559
I would agree with you if I haven't seen some products sold at half prices in Amazon this year. A last year model phone, in my case, last year's model of TV.

It says that now because the offer on the Buy Box is currently from Amazon.

If your order says fulfilled by Amazon sold by xxx then that is what would have been displayed on the product page at the point of you clicking the add to basket button  :)

If I gave up, it would mean I will have to spend twice amount of money to buy an exact same TV. I was lucky to find that deal, but they seem not willing to honour it. Now, they removed the discounted price and asked me to re-order it.

They is not amazon. Its the reseller who you ordered from which was due to be fulfilled by amazon.

Look around, plenty of offers on TV's at the moment - would recommend Richer Sounds over anyone else given the warranty offered at that price point.

I did show them the web page. And they either disconnected me or send me to another person. It is very frustrating.

I can't prove it now. But I doubt that Amazon changed "Sold by xxx" to "Sold by Amazon" probably very next day of my order. It might be same when I ordered it. And another thing I need to point is that - when you visit the same product you have ordered on Amazon, the web page would show something like - you have ordered it at when blah blah. I see that statement. So, I guess it must the same product from the same seller.

The buy box will chop and change depending upon many factors but most notably if you purchased the last one from seller xxxx (or others have since purchased all stock belonging to xxxx) then it will immediately change the buy box option to the next offer Amazon deem worthy of the buy box.

The Camelcamelcamel website will show you the pricing history for Amazon, 3rd party and (I think) 3rd party with Amazon fulfilment.
