I get entranced by the views the house is secondary. Then family give me a nudge to consider practicalities too. The Sunday views house was the best quality with a view in my price range.
Just hope I feel the same Saturday when I go back with sis.

Hope the meds work, and congrats to DD!
Hope the viewing reinforces everything for you.
I've no intention of moving, so our downstairs loo would be for us rather than any future buyers. We have an awkward plot though, so I don't know where we could put one. We don't have space for an extension. I sometimes think of getting an architect in to have a look and advise us.
I'm definitely one who considers all the risks too. Sometimes it's hard, but equally it can be good as you can come up with a plan to mitigate it!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Great news for DD.
hearts and heads/heads and hearts - I think house buying really puts these into action and sometimes they appear to be contradictory - I hope you can find the right balance.4 -

Work has got worse in the last few days again. I've put my counsellor back to two weekly as I am exceedingly frazzled. I will try and remember to try extra meds tomorrow. I think anyone would feel the same with what's going on at the moment but I don't know if the meds are helping or hindering this week.I finished work early because of the counselling appointment - and was going to log back on - but I was 'past it' so decided not to - and see if the people I reached out to to pick up some of the load actually did. I will need to log on early tomorrow to compile a report - but hopefully I will be a bit more refreshed than if I'd worked tonight too.
Had a lovely meal with DD on her own so that was nice. She was absolutely beaming. She's just buying her first proper insurance tonight - and the cost jumped massively due to her change of address which was a wake up call for her. She's adding me as a named driver to help lower her costs. She's not picked up her car yet. I've reminded her that she needs to change her driving licence address now too. So much to do.
DD is going to come to the viewing on Saturday now too. She was pleased I'd booked the art course as it should get me out and meeting people too. She's just had a holiday - back for a few days - and then goes on another. She's just been told she should get a decent payrise next week so is thrilled about that too. She also did really well on the college course she did and got distinction star. So lots to celebrate.
My cat seems to be doing better. My neighbour and I discussed it and she's just treated her cat recently too. The cat took the worming tablet earlier in the week and his appetite has dropped since then. I didn't know that fleas can carry tapeworm eggs or whatever too. Why did I want to be a pet owner again? Cat is due its annual vaccinations so I need to get those booked in soon. I might see if they can give me a longer acting treatment for him then too.

Congrats to DD on passing her driving test.
Be careful with the cat treatment. One I gave my Kitty which kills everything and lasts for 3 months, called Felpxxxx gave him Ataxia. It was a side effect on the paperwork, but no-one knows how animals will react to certain chemicals. It was terrifying, but he is nearly over it now. What I do not give, you must never take by force.

Brilliant news re DD’s driving test! 🎉🥳😊🤩
Sorry to hear work is getting so intense. Is this a one off or is the pace and demand increasing? If the latter I think you might need to discuss with your boss? Hope the meds change is helpful today.
