I survived the appointment - they kept me waiting 90 minutes past my appointment before I was even seen but did warn me they were running at least an hour late as soon as I got there. I went and sat elsewhere as it was too claustrophobic a waiting area otherwise. I listened to something on my phone which helped pass the time. They want to do other tests but think it is unlikely I will need surgery so kind of positive. I was told over a decade ago that I needed two surgeries and have been in avoidant mode since then. I have some follow on appointments so will see if they help.
I went into work late for a meeting and then caught up with my boss briefly. Today was so messed up - I ended up finishing early guilt free as I didn't get to sleep until gone 4am and decided my head needed a break. Hopefully I will be more refreshed in the morning and get back on top of things. I came home and found someone else has asked to view my home at the weekend. So that's one first thing Saturday and one Sunday. I watched from the window as someone did a 'walk by' as a family earlier. I then mowed the lawn so that was good. I need to ideally tackle some of the weeds before Saturday. Try and make things look more planned. I'm really unsure whether moving is right for me currently - but I don't know whether that is because of the low offers or whether if I got a decent offer my enthusiasm for moving would reignite.
The cleaner was happy to do the flea spraying while I was out. I'd put a load of washing on before I went out and by the time I came home she'd made my bed and put all the chair covers back on the chairs in the kitchen. I used the comb on the cat again tonight and found more creatures so was rather reluctant to let him cuddle up to me. He's never been so well groomed though and mostly doesn't seem to mind the comb. I think it's going to have to be a regular part of the routine. I'm not convinced the treatment I gave him yesterday worked - and wonder if I smeared too much of it on his fur rather than getting down to the skin. May give it a few days and then reapply if I keep finding creatures... Utterly revolting.
I got some free money from San'dr yesterday - just over £3 but better than nothing. I think it was so low because BG messed up my direct debit. I put in yet another complaint last week but not heard back yet. I've been trying to get them to take a set amount on the 16th of the month - so they've written to me and said - we'll take it on the 16th and then don't worry we'll also take it on the 11th.... Roll eyes. If they did that it would be like taking two bills out of a single pay month. They make you want to scream as that error happened after I spent 45 minutes on chat to them. I do wish they'd employ decent people and then it wouldn't take anywhere near as long.
I'd lost 1.5lb of the two I gained at the weekend this morning which gave me a lift. On the meds side of things - I got home in time for the delivery and I now have 28 days of meds - including some extra short acting ones to try - and they could be used if necessary if they mess up the ordering of my meds again in future... Will see how I go on.
Thanks for caring.

Another one itching here. I get the pipettes of flea stuff from the vet - am signed up to a pet club, I'm not sure if they are stronger but they last 3 months. The vet told me that the fleas will still get on your pet but they will die if they bite, so it may just be that the ones in your carpet are still jumping on him? I have thought about using powder and a comb but it doesn't last like the 3 month pipette tubes."Think of many things, do one"
