I think you’re looking at your own home, with a fresh pair of eyes if that makes sense? It sounds like the meds are really helping on all fronts, clarity and weight loss. Hope the viewings go well.LTotal Debt Dec 07 £59875.83 Overdrafts £2900,New Debt Figure ZERO !!!!!!:j 08/06/2013

Thanks MF, Jwil, Seaweed and Skint
The viewing I went to was a wash out - the one with a field view. I've set up some other appointments later in the week.
I have however just had a decent offer. Slightly under asking but not by that much. I'm waiting for the Sales Negotiator to call me to discuss it properly with me as all I've had is a message so far. I think I'll go ahead with tomorrow morning's viewer as they claim to be a FTB - you never know I could get another offer. I was excited and lit up when I got the offer - so that says my body wants to move - even if my head is vacillating about what is best to do.
I just did a driveby of the showhome type one. The road it's on is very narrow - you kind of need the drives to even be able to turn. It's not in the best area - so I may still view it as it is very close but unless I get the feeling this is my house I think it will probably be a no. I think I'm going to go and do a load of drive bys today and see whether the ones I've enquired about are worth viewing.

Good news on the offer. Now you can really explore literally and with your own thinking process what you might do next.
looking at smaller homes is the most difficult moving option - for years we have focussed on upsizing so it's a compete shift in mindset to downsize.4
