So I guess those moderators have done a good job of deleting those links :rotfl:

Don't mention GHPC (even in pms) or you will most likely find yourself banned.

If anyone is wondering there's a HPC link which is probably where people are coming from (although this thread now mentions GHPC) so it may well 'disappear'

My sister had a flat in Fassett Road 6 years ago. She moved a few roads away into a 2 bed Victorian semi. The prices there are absurd. I am not surprised that someone who paid full asking price in Kingston a few months ago is now visiting this site

My friend who owns a 2 bed flat in Kingston had it valued about 7 months ago... - she just had it valued again. The same agent valued it at 100k less

You still don't get it. Asking price does not equate to worth.

I have a coffee cup which I would not be willing to sell for less than a million. Therefore it is worth a million. :rotfl:

Therefore I am a millionaire. Or the owner of a coffee cup . . .

I think you'll find that squatnow does "get it" and was being sarcastic.

    ;)

According to the agent, - the market - as there's nothing wrong with flat. It's a nice property in the centre of Kingston in a beautiful location (overlooking the river). They decided not to sell.

Who was the agent? I know Kingston pretty well and as a historic suburb with superb shopping facilities within commuting distance of London it should be one of the last places to see big drops. Having said that it is massively overpriced! IMO.
