    they don't. you will probably find that the garage in question is a BP fuel station with a M&S simply food retail outlet in the same building   
    You could also find that the whole operation is owned by EG who own Asda also...
    EG do not own Asda. Asda is jointly owned by the Issa brothers (who own ED), TDR Capital and Walmart.
