No, you're entitled to view the item.diystarter7 said:
In digital format there were pics of it as I have stated, thanks.DanDare999 said:
Yes, how can you establish colour without viewing it?diystarter7 said:
Even if I just don't like the colour and have taken it out of the sealed box/etc?DanDare999 said:
As it was bought online the OP doesn't need a reason to return it.MikeJXE said:If the colour is not what it appeared to be as advertised when it's out of the packaging then you have a case in sending it back. I have never sent anything back before until last week. I was going to put up with what was sent and then I thought what a waste I'll never use it. I even felt guilty following the return procedure but it was accepted and off it went. Just do it you have nothing to lose.1 -

Your returns (and everyone elses) for change of minds etc. mostly end up in the Amazon Warehouse to be sold again at a reduced price. You'll have no problem returning it at all - as you no longer have Prime though, you may be charged return postage depending on the 'reason' you select from their drop downs. I'd select 'Performance or quality not adequate' - as you expected it to be a particular colour and it's not. From memory on a non-Prime account that gives free postage return.

But how would you confirm that it matched the digital pics without opening it?diystarter7 said:

Stop inventing obstacles and just return it if you don't like the colour...0 -

But if it isn't faulty you don't get a free return, the cost of sending it back to the retailer may need to be met by the purchaser.DanDare999 said:

Specifically with Amazon it can also vary depending on the item. Clothing often has free returns, other items they generally deduct the postage.diystarter7 said:
