Hello,
I have now received "Notification of Instruction " from ELMS Legal . Have rang them up and the representative said i have until 21/1/23 to pay £160 . If not paid they will issue it to court. I explained i had paid the £10 parking fee but put in the wrong Reg. She said i had not paid on entry either. I told her there is a big sign which says you can pay on leaving which i did. I have a photo of this sign and i have already sent this to Excel. I told her i will not be paying now so i will wait for the court to contact me after 21/1/23. I will send a letter as well and the photo. Is there anything else i should do?0 -

you have achieved NOTHING by that wasted phone call4 -
Don't ring up these people. Any firm connected to the rogue parking industry is not to be phoned, ever!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

i have now received a claim form ("in the County Court Business Centre") with a claim number and issue date.
Thought it looked a bit suspicious but have had a look and it does exist .
Shall i fill it all out ?
I still wish to defend myself.0 -
Asking for all my finance details/employment etc.
Do i have to provide this?0 -

The financial details they asked for before was another form which i did not fill out.0 -
The guide to court by bargepole in the second post of the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES and the twelve step guide in the Template Defence sticky Announcement gives you all the advice you need to respond to a court claim.
No you do not fill out any forms.
AoS comes first, then you send your defence by email to the CCBC.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

@Isladog, you should wait for @KeithP who will be along soon to give you the important dates you need to adhere to for filing your AoS and your Defence.
This is going to be so easy to defend. Do not pay anything when these scammers try and get in touch with you with a reduced-price offer to settle. Keep your nerve because you should understand that they would only offer to settle if they knew their Claim is on shaky ground. If it were to actually go before a judge, you would be in for a lovely spectacle of these scammers getting a public spanking in court.3
