Unfortunately Premier Parking Solutions do own the car park.
...however he confirmed that he sold it to PPS 3 years ago...
Do you believe him? They might own it but that's rare.  Ignore them unless you get a claim.

We had a good twenty minute phone call and he was very honest about a number of things, I also did some research and the car park was owned by a limited company who have since dissolved, and he (well, he answered as "Andy" and there was an "Andy" as a director) was listed as one, so it does check out "Sunny Corner Parking LTD".

Thank you yes I will ignore everything now.

Will it go against me that I appealed it based on purchasing the ticket, or not?

I'm not sure how you established Sunny Corner Parking owned a car park, no Freehold Land is disclosed in the filed accounts.

Hello, yes that is the one! It's a joke of a car park obviously. I saw this article when searching for the owners. I can and will use this as leverage if required

    Hello,

I today received the "letter of action" from BW Legal.

I have read the threads and I am familiar with what I believe to be the next steps.

    1) SAR to Premier Parking Solutions.

    2) Email to BW Legal asking them to place the case on hold for at least 30 days.

Is there anything else that I should do at this stage, or just wait until they send whatever information they have?

    Thanks again.

Did you expressly say that you were seeking debt advice when you instructed them to put the case on hold?

Well one thing you could be doing is preparing yourself for the next thing to drop through your letterbox - a County Court Claim Form.
It looks like you are already reading the second post of the NEWBIES thread.

Hello, yes, this was the email.

    Dear sirs,

    Re: XXXXXXX /XXXX XXX

Please be advised that I am seeking debt advice, however I deny any debt.

The case must be placed on hold for no less than 30 days under the PAP for debt claims 2017.

I have sent your client a Subject Access Request (SAR).

    Yours sincerely

     I hope this is sufficient?

Thank you Keith. Yes I have copy and pasted the next steps into a notepad entry on my phone too as I keep losing where I am. I am trying to deal with it one step at a time without getting ahead of myself, but also to make sure that I handle each step correctly/appropriately.

    Thanks again.
