A debt collectors letter and the fourth post of the NEWBIES thread explains how to deal with those.1 -
Hi Keith, it would appear as though you have not read any of my thread or comment properly, and have instead just jumped on the attack assuming that I am a newbie and have not researched before asking for help.
By "slightly unique", I was not referring to the email they sent me, and was referring to my circumstances, in that I had purchased a parking ticket.0 -

The bottom line is, as I said, you have received a debt collectors letter and the fourth post of the NEWBIES thread explains exactly how to deal with them.
You told us yourself it is not a Letter of Claim and they even state "the next letter from us would be a Letter of Claim". So what else can it be other than a debt collectors letter?
And neither your email or the circumstances you find yourself in, are unique. Not even 'slightly unique' as there can be no degree of uniqueness - it is absolute.

Hi Keith, attack was the wrong word. I apologise for that.
By appealing and proving that I had paid (even though they refute it), I have admitted to being the driver. Additionally, unless there is a thread that I have missed, I am unable to find a scenario where somebody had been pursued despite paying and proving they had paid.

BBC WatchDog “if you are struggling with an unfair parking charge do get in touch”
Please then tell us here that you have done so.1 -
Why do people claim their situation is unique when it never is!1

Kpros said:I intended on ignoring all correspondence from PPS until if/when it got to claim stage however there is conflicting info as to whether I respond to this legal company especially as my situation is slightly unique as upon receiving the ticket I did appeal it based on the fact that I had in fact purchased the ticket.4

Thank you for your message.
Unfortunately Premier Parking Solutions do own the car park. I had already tried to phone the person who it stated on Google owned it, however he confirmed that he sold it to PPS 3 years ago.

Unfortunately Premier Parking Solutions do own the car park....however he confirmed that he sold it to PPS 3 years ago...Do you believe him? They might own it but that's rare. Ignore them unless you get a claim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
