You're doing really well and brilliant that you've still got money in the bank and nothing added to the CC - that's a real achievement.  Well done.

    Thank you!  :)

Just thought I'd put down in writing my goals for 2023.

    Goal 1
CC4 attracts between £65-70 interest a month at the moment, and my goal for 2023 will be to make at least this doing surveys, round ups and the challenges I'm doing, this will hopefully see the balance reduce much quicker for me!

    Goal 2
My snowball calculator predicts my debt balance at December 2023 to be approx. £33.5k, so goal to is to get this to £32k, that's an extra £1.5k I need to find throughout the year so a bit of a challenge but if I really knuckle down hopefully I will be able to do it!

  • Well done on still having money in your bank account with only 3 days to payday. Are you going to divert some to CC4 or save? Well done on doing some savings challenges next year. You are really turning this around.

@enthusiasticsaver well, I realised I actually have quite a few family birthdays in January, so I am going to put any leftover money towards those, and it also made me realise I need to be better at looking forward more than just the next month so I can spot any upcoming expenses before it's too late!
