    My account, which I've had for a while, no. My wife's new account, yes no problem. Weird. No problem with either on an iPad.

    Yes, still an issue requiring the Instagram app 'instead' of desktop / laptop browser to follow

    no I am the same can only do it on phone or i pad, on lap top i get same as you. It is a pain not been able to just click follow.
    LOL get a message to say I'm not following a bunch of my followers!!

    Little they don't realise you can't on PC!!

    I'm able to follow again now too makes it so much easier no more having to use phone except for sharing to stories.
