    My account, which I've had for a while, no. My wife's new account, yes no problem. Weird. No problem with either on an iPad.

    Yes, still an issue requiring the Instagram app 'instead' of desktop / laptop browser to follow

    no I am the same can only do it on phone or i pad, on lap top i get same as you. It is a pain not been able to just click follow.
    LOL get a message to say I'm not following a bunch of my followers!!

    Little they don't realise you can't on PC!!
