I’m currently having this issue and having to wait 2 minutes ish between tags which sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. I sometimes skip those where you can do multiple entries in favour of those that ask for ‘tag a friend’ or ‘tag three friends’ so I can just comment once and move on. It’s really annoying!

I think I’ll probably end up setting up a new account and flitting between the two.

I just don't get this technology stuff. I use a Laptop to access Instagram so I cannot share anything as it is. But I could like and tag and there are/were plenty to do that with. But like others I was banned from doing this. Then it allowed me to like/tag for about an hour but then banned me again. Now it is allowing me to like/tag but I run out of posts to view. Only get to see about twenty posts !

I've just been banned again. I managed to last 48 hours until this next ban. I've sent a message to them through their report a problem and told them how unfair it is to keep being banning people when scammers are allowed to scam people all the time without being stopped.

I still cannot tag, been off for days and not been able to get back on. but now also been banned from liking a page, so entering a comp via gleam and asked to like their instagram page, I cannot, Surely there is somewhere to complain, I have reported onFB where scammers say Well done you have won visit my profile, and FB say no nothing wrong with that

For anyone not knowing how to contact them.

I am on a pc and it is on the bottom left hand side. Click on the 3 lines that says more and then report a problem. On the app click on your profile picture bottom right, then the 3 lines top right, settings, help, report a problem.

lots not able to tag at the moment, I was off for 2 days some of my tagging friends off 4 then on for an hour and off again. I kept messaging them even sent a you tube video of Englebert Humperdink singing please release me! Told them the sites want us to tag our friends want us to tag they are the only ones that don't want us to use them. Imagine the only site that stops you using it!!! The problem is all the comps are going onto insta, I also tell some of them that they are not fair telling us to tag all our friends as that is what gets us blocked. Better if all say tag 1 friend, would be more fair.

Another day gone and still unable to comment or follow people. All I have been doing is entering competitions with businesses that I follow. You are denying me the chance to win prizes from genuine businesses at the busiest time of the year when they run their advents. This is also costing businesses money as people will just stop associating with them if they are unable to communicate.

I am a genuine person and not some scammer that you let carry on scamming people and do nothing about both on here and on facebook. Wouldn't expect anything else though seeing as you are both now owned by the same company and scammers are rife both here and on facebook.

i tell them they owe me the prizes that i cannot enter seems fair to me!
