MEP Southpark McDonalds/Starbucks carpark Standstead.

Hello - I'm new to this forum and finding it a bit difficult to Navigate.  Could somebody send a link to the most up todate information regarding this car parking enforcement company and how best to contest a Ticket which arrived almost a Month after my Daughter and her Boyfriend stopped for McDonalds - thought they had 1h free parking and were there around 40 mins. it has been suggested they parked in a carpark that was only for Starbucks not the whole carpark which apeared to serve Starbucks and McDonalds.

    Welcome!

Just use the template appeal as registered keeper, not saying who was driving.  The keeper then wins.

It's in the NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST announcement (pinned at the top) thread referred to in my signature, which needs no link because it tells everyone exactly where to click, to hop back to page one where you started.

Easy to appeal as long as the driver is NOT implied.

Forum Home» Motoring» Parking tickets, fines & parking

Click on: Parking tickets, fines & parking

You will come to the front page of the forum. The first five posts are "sticky" e.g. they stay at the top of page one.

There is one (of the five stickies) called "Newbied read this first" (or similar).

In that thread you will find a complete run through of everything you need, including the "template appeal in blue type that you ahve been instructed to use. Do not change it, do say who was driving, you are appealing as the keeper of the car. Do not use words like "I,Me, We".

Spelling is so important when trying to search.

When I stick stansted starbucks met into google amongst the first items returned are...
  • It's the idiots and scammers called MET Parking

    MET EXPOSED ON TV

Mcdonalds are so stupid, this is a famous SCAM site.  both car parks operated by the SCAM MET.
BUT cross over in the two car parks and you get a £100 ticket ?

Mcdonalds are stupid .... they will never know how many customers they have lost at this site thanks to the great MET scam

found it and thanyou for the clarity!  I take it you meant to say "DONT say who was driving"   I looked at the footage there is a bloody pedestrian crossing maked in the road from where the car is parked out of the so called area you are not supposed to leave - it's a blatent 'trap' designed to make money nothing more.

...which is the same clarity that my signature (that has to be concise and cannot include links) already gives everyone, surely?
