If you have been bleeding for a long time, you could be low in iron, which in turn could be the cause of the dizzyness and feeling tired.

I would get some advice from your GP to test for anaemia.

Hope you are ok mumzy.
Overspent by a whopping £48.05 the first 2 weeks but confident I can pull it back over the next 2 weeks, dread to think what it would have been if I hadnt been doing this challenge. I am surpossed to be making cottage pie for the kids tea but I cant draw myself away from here reading all these posts:T love the fitness regime coming up in February NYK. can't wait to feel my ribs again after all these years.
Catznine you have motivated me to clear my cupboards out but I doubt if I'll find as many useful things as you!
Mine you my mum gave me a bag of clothes yesterday and I had a great hoke in it, she told me to sell whatever I didnt want on Ebay. She also gave me her steamer that she doesnt use as I was looking for one, and a beautiful yankee candle as I love them so much and I didnt even get one for Christmas:j

im currantly doing a list of things to ebay when i get back from my weekend away, id love it more if i could raise more on ebay than i manage to spend this year, now that would be super cool downside is im not one for clutter etc so its not going to be easy.......

get your self to the docs hun, you need to get your self sorted out, for yourself and the little ones. you will be able to do the challenge. you said you had spent loads on baking stuff, don't worry buying it the 1st time does seem expensive but from now on you will only need to top up on what you use. chin up babe xxxx
