I can't see where that would be on the page, but I'm ready to take the package to a Yodel drop off point, so I'll see what notifications turn up afterwards.

If this is all OK and only due to not having registered fully then you will need to complete your bank details at some point if you want to withdraw your money when it becomes available. You don’t have to withdraw your money , you can leave it alone and use it to buy on Vinted.
Finally to check your balance and to double check after a sale that the money is there and assuming you are using the phone app , go into your profile and there will be a ‘balance’ option. Click on that and it opens to show both pending balance and balance available to withdraw. Your current sale will show as pending until after the buyer receives the item and confirms they are happy with it.
The good news is your profile isn’t showing anything in your wardrobe , so if you listed one thing then it’s definitely sold.

I saw my balance and it was zero, which was to be expected. I dropped off my package at the point (McColl's Newsagent, rather than the place I originally located on Painswick Road, which was proving a tad elusive).
It won't be picked up until May 5th, so nothing to do but wait. I know, I could try to rack up some more stuff, but I've got enough on my plate for the next few days.0 -

It does say 'pending balance, £3.00', and 'Existing balance, 0.00'
Perhaps I overlooked the former before, because the latter is in a bolder, larger font.0 -
And I have an email now, saying 'Sent! Estimated delivery: May 02 - May 03'. Well, we'll see.0

When buyer receives their item and has a chance to inspect it then you will see the money moved from pending to available. You also do get automatic updates when item arrives, and timings like that, which is very useful.

[Deleted User] said:I'm very, very, aware that i sound like a broken record with this constant vent but - i buy clothes, and when there are no measurements provided (simply the dress size) i contact and ask for them so i don't end up with something i can't wear if they don't accept returns - or have the hassle of returning it.

I'm new to Vinted and had listed some dresses. I had only short titles but went back to add more info, even though it is in the main description. I'll also go back in later and add measurements other than just the dress size.
Question time:
I have listed a dress for £10. It says under that £11.20 including £1.20 buyer protection fee. Then it lists shipping from £2.29. So does that mean the buyer could be paying £13.49 in total?
Is the buyer protection fee always £1.20 or is it a proportion of the value of the item?
Is shipping always from £2.29? I was thinking if these don't sell I would reduce them or relist them later so that the price including postage is £10.
Is there a way to add another photo after you've listed an item?If you have nothing constructive to say just move along.1 -
AFAIK it's 70p plus 5% of the price.
Shipping seems to be more expensive to a home address than to a collection point.

Shipping varies depending on what service the buyer chooses and what size oarcel you have listed it under. £2.29 is usually locker to locker , if buyer wants it to a shop or to their home it is usually dearer.
As a seller remove any options you don't want to use under your settings. The only one you can't remove is UPS, but no one uses that as it is very expensive. I also removed RM as it isn't integrated with Vinted and money can be severely delayed as buyer needs to confirm delivery as it isn't done automatically.
